Shipping Policy

1. Deliveries in Bulgaria:

   • We use Econt and Speedy services for deliveries in the country.
   • The cost of delivery in Bulgaria is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
   • To calculate the cost of shipping with Econt, visit the website: https://www.econt.com/services/shipment-price . Enter the recipient's address and the city of Haskovo, Bulgaria, 6300, as the sender's address.
   • To calculate the cost of shipping with Speedy, visit the website: https://services.speedy.bg/calculate/ . Enter the recipient's address and the city of Haskovo, Bulgaria, 6300, as the sender's address.

2. Deliveries abroad:

   • For deliveries to other countries, we use the services of the shipping company DHL.
   • For each delivery abroad, an additional delivery fee of 80 BGN is charged. This amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer and is then deducted from the total amount of the order.

3. Delivery time:

   • After confirming the order, the shipment is handed over to a courier company within 24 hours on business days.
   • For orders confirmed on Saturday and Sunday, shipments are shipped on Monday.
   • After receiving the shipment from the shipping company, the delivery usually takes another 24 hours to be delivered to you.
   • Note: For small settlements that do not have an Econt and/or Speedy office, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

4. Return Policy:

5. Product insurance:

   • Each item is insured, which covers unwanted damage or loss during delivery.

6. Responsibility:

   • We are responsible for the products until the time of successful delivery to the address specified by the customer.

7. Compliance with legislation:

   • Our Delivery Policy is in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and European norms and rules.
