2.2. We also offer services for the repair of gold products and the evaluation of precious stones.

  1. Orders and delivery


    3.1. When you place an order through our Website, you provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information.

3.2. Orders are processed as soon as possible and delivered to the address you provided. For deliveries in Bulgaria we use the forwarding companies Econt and Speedy. For deliveries outside Bulgaria we use DHL, with a delivery fee of 80 BGN.

    4.1. With regard to the return of products, we apply our return policy, which can be read on our Website.

4.2. In case of damage to the products, we offer repair services for all gold products in our physical stores.
