The practical method

1. Take a measuring tape, string , or cut a strip of paper .
2. Wrap it around the finger you will wear your ring on - if you want to wear more than one ring on one finger, think about where on your finger the ring will sit - and mark where it joins.
3. Place the string or paper strip on a flat surface and use a ruler to measure the length to the mark.
4. The value shown in millimeters is your ring size. That is, if the ruler shows 56mm, the ring is size 56.

Measure an existing ring

1. Choose a ring that already fits well on your finger.
2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm).
3. Use the measurement chart above to match your ring size to the closest Yaniko Gold size in mm.

Please note that some rings, such as wedding rings, are wider and cover a larger part of the finger. When choosing a size, we recommend that you measure the widest part of the ring.
