Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of return:

   • We offer the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
   • The right of return applies only to undamaged and unworn products with their original packaging, labels and accessories.

2. Product return procedure:

   • To exercise your right of return, contact us by phone or email and provide information about the order and the reason for return.
   • Products must be returned in their original packaging, well packed and protected during transport.
   • The costs of returning the products are assigned to the customer, unless the returned products are defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Inspection and processing of returned products:

   • Upon receipt of the returned products, their condition and integrity will be checked and assessed.
   • If the returned products meet the return requirements, they will be accepted and processed for a refund.

4. Refund:

   • Refunds will be made within a reasonable time, usually within 14 business days of receipt of the returned products.
